Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Leadific LLC, trading as Leadific (“Leadific”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, complete our fit quiz, book a call or use our services.
We serve clients in both the United Kingdom and the United States, and this policy is written to satisfy UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and applicable US laws including the TCPA, CTIA/A2P messaging requirements, and state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
1. Who We Are
Leadific LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Leadific LLC trades as Leadific. For questions about privacy, contact privacy@leadific.co.uk. For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the data controller of personal information collected through this website.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Give Us Directly
- Quiz and booking details — your answers to our fit quiz, plus the name, email address, company name, and any notes you provide when requesting your results or booking a call (bookings are processed by Calendly).
- Chat widget details — if you use the chat widget on our website, the content of your messages, your name and contact details, and your mobile number together with any SMS consent you give. The chat widget is the only place on our website where phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected.
- Communications — the content of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us, including call recordings where you are notified in advance.
- Client data — if you become a client, business contact details, billing details, and information needed to deliver the Services.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
Information We Process On Behalf Of Clients
When delivering our Services, we process lead and customer records supplied by our clients (for example, a client's database of past enquiries). For that data we act as a processor / service provider, and the client's own privacy notice governs. We contact such individuals only on documented instructions from our client, in line with applicable law, and always from the client's own phone numbers and sender identities registered under the client's brand. Leadific's own phone numbers are used solely for Leadific's communications with its own prospects and clients, never for client campaigns.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To assess fit, respond to enquiries, and schedule and hold discovery calls.
- To provide, personalise, and improve the Services.
- To send service messages, and — with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law — marketing communications, including SMS/text messages as described in section 4.
- To meet legal, regulatory, tax, and compliance obligations, including consent and opt-out record-keeping.
- To protect our rights, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Where UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: consent (marketing and SMS communications), performance of a contract (delivering the Services), legitimate interests (running and improving our business), and legal obligation (compliance record-keeping).
4. SMS / Text Messaging (A2P) Disclosures
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected exclusively through the chat widget on our website. No other form on the website collects phone numbers or SMS consent. Leadific sends two categories of text messages, and the chat widget collects separate consent for each:
- Transactional messages — messages related to your account, appointments, or services you have requested, which may include appointment reminders and booking confirmations, among others. We send these only if you have given transactional consent.
- Marketing and promotional messages — messages including special offers and new service updates, among others. We send these only if you have given marketing consent.
The following applies to both categories:
- Consent is always an explicit, optional action and is never pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. If you do not give consent, we will not send you that category of message.
- Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts in that category. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact privacy@leadific.co.uk. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly.
- Proof of consent: when you give consent through the chat widget we record the date and time, the source of consent, the consent wording displayed, and which categories you agreed to. We retain these records to demonstrate compliance.
- No third-party marketing use: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages.
- US messaging is sent via carrier-registered A2P 10DLC channels. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business — scheduling (Calendly), telephony and messaging platforms, CRM and email tools, analytics, and payment processors — bound by contracts limiting their use of your data to providing services to us.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights.
- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. International Transfers
We operate from the UK and serve US clients, so your information may be transferred between the UK, the US, and other countries where our service providers operate. Where UK GDPR applies, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum or adequacy regulations.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymise it. Consent and opt-out records for SMS marketing are retained as required to demonstrate compliance. Client contract and billing records are retained for the periods required by tax and company law.
8. Cookies And Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and (where you consent) analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Third parties such as Calendly may set cookies when you interact with their embedded tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
9. Your Rights
UK / EEA Visitors
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@leadific.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
US Visitors
Depending on your state (for example, under the CCPA/CPRA if you are a California resident), you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@leadific.co.uk. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or notified to you directly where required.
